My Story

Timothy L. Salvatore

Tim-Salvatore

I began my career representing insurance companies against people who had been injured their insureds. The insurance company game is deny, refuse and reject; pay only when forced to do so. There are countless ways for insurance companies abuse their position, their resources, and your misfortune. I’ve played the game on both sides in the past. Now I represent the people who truly deserve my help, seriously injured and disabled people.

I was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. After graduating from college, I went to law school at Widener University School of Law. I clerked at the office of the Honorable John S. Kennedy of the County Court of Common Pleas after law school – before working as an insurance defense attorney.

I am an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, and the American Association of Justice. I serve on the Local Rules Committee of the York County Bar Association and as a member of the York Township Planning Commission. In addition to practicing law, I enjoy motorcycling, photography, and raising my two children.
